Proxi is a collaborative Twitch chat game built around contextual word similarity. A secret word is hidden and each viewer guess receives a rank based on how closely it appears in similar language contexts. Chat has to reason together, follow warmer guesses, and find the rank-one answer.

Viewers simply type a word—there is no sign-up or join command. The game can run continuously on its own or as a hosted segment, with timed and infinite rounds, hints, multiple screen layouts, transparent compositing, and a persistent Hall of Fame for regular players.

How it works

1. 01
   A secret word is chosen

   Start a round with your own word or let Proxi choose one for you.

2. 02
   Viewers guess in chat

   Anyone can type a single-word guess with no join command or special prefix.

3. 03
   Every guess gets warmer or colder

   Proxi ranks each word by contextual closeness and updates the color-coded leaderboard live on screen.

4. 04
   The round celebrates a winner

   The result screen, player cards, and optional Hall of Fame give regulars a reason to return for the next word.
